Skola-deti archiv

A private, single-user tool that keeps one family's school paperwork in one place.

What this application does

Skola-deti archiv is a personal script run by one person for their own household. It collects school communication for their children and files it into a private archive on a private server, so that deadlines, payments and required documents are not missed.

• Reads school messages and their attachments from the family's EduPage account.
• Reads, in read-only mode, one Google Drive folder that the children's school has shared with the account owner, and mirrors its documents into the archive.
• Extracts dates and obligations from those documents into a private calendar file and notifies the owner about upcoming ones.

The application has no public interface, no user accounts and no other users. It is not offered to anyone else and it is not a commercial product.

Google Drive access

The application requests the drive.readonly scope. It only ever reads; it never creates, modifies, shares or deletes anything in Google Drive. Access is granted by the owner of the account to their own data, and can be withdrawn at any time at Google Account permissions.
