Documents in one folder that the children's school shared with the account
owner, together with their file names and modification dates.The application only reads. It never creates, modifies, shares or deletes anything in Google Drive, and it does not access any other folder, e-mail, contacts or any other Google service.
Copies of those documents are stored on a private server controlled solely by the operator, so their content can be searched and upcoming school deadlines can be extracted. The data is used for no other purpose.
The OAuth token that grants read access is stored on that same server, in a file readable only by the account that runs the application.
Data is never sold, rented, published or transferred to third parties, and is not used for advertising, profiling or training machine-learning models. It is not shared with anyone beyond the operator's own household.
The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Copies are kept for as long as they are useful to the household and are deleted when they are not. Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions; revoking it stops all further access immediately. To have the stored copies deleted, write to the contact address above.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
